Lil Wayne Drops 4 New Cuts Including A “Magnolia” Freestyle

The 5th of July was quite a day for Lil Wayne. After once again calling out Birdman and Universal for cutting him out of his Young Money profits and finding his likeness inked on Odell Beckham Jr., Weezy really made waves by dropping 4 new tracks saying he was still fighting for his right to live in the music industry.

“Im STILL trying to fight for my Independence but today Im saying Fuk it and giving all my fans some new music!” Wayne wrote on Instagram. “Thanks for being there and patiently waiting while I endure this fight.”

The Fix: Lil Wayne Claims Birdman AND Universal Are Swindling Him Out Of Young Money Profits

Lil Wayne is still claiming Cash Money owes him a huge bag while Tha Carter V remains in limbo. Most recently, Lil Tunechi, via his lawyer, claims Cash Money’s distributor, Universal Music Group, is in on keeping him away from his cash along with his daddy, Birdman.

Specifically, UMG did some funny business with a contract to keep Weezy from flourishing off the success of Young Money acts like Drake and Nicki Minaj.

Reports TMZ:

Wayne’s lawyer, Howard King, filed docs saying the Cash Money honcho and Universal backdated a deal to make it look like it was signed BEFORE Young Money’s deal ran out.

In docs obtained by TMZ, Wayne’s camp says Universal knew that backdating the deals would screw Lil Wayne out of profits from Young Money and the artists signed under his label.

As we reported … Wayne sued Universal claiming UMG advanced Cash Money $ 100 mil and Wayne never got his cut. But we’ve now learned Wayne thinks Birdman and Universal were in bed together to squeeze him out.

If this proves to be true, this is incredibly foul.

Signing a bad contract is one thing (hey, your lawyer should tell you better). Signing a contract on the up and up, and making it a swindle move on the low, is criminal.

Somewhere, Rick Ross is shaking his head.

News Flash: Lil Wayne Is Still Mad At Birdman, Tells Him “Suck My D*ck” [VIDEO]

Lil Wayne is still waiting for Birdman to pay what he owes. Until then, Weezy has nothing but harsh words for him.

Lawsuits seem to be running Lil Wayne‘s life right now. He recently got slapped with a lawsuit accusing him a hate crime after he allegedly attacked White club bouncer and yelled “f*ck you White boy.” Then there’s his long-standing lawsuit against his estranged label boss, Cash Money Records CEO Bryan “Birdman” Williams.

Weezy hasn’t held his tongue when he’s spoke about Birdman in the past and it doesn’t seem like he’s going to start mincing his words anytime soon. Video footage has emerged of Wayne performing at a show and randomly telling Birdman what he can suck on.

Fittingly, the taunt came right as Wayne was going into his anthem “No Worries.”

For the most part, Birdman has been trying to be the bigger man throughout Wayne’s insults. Perhaps because the biggest insult he could ever comeback with is the one he’s already accused of. Which is not paying people.

In other recent news, Birdman is trying to convince 50 Cent to let him executive produce his next album.

Bouncer Sues Lil Wayne For Assault, Alleges It Was Hate Crime

A White bouncer in Hollywood is suing Lil Wayne for a 2016 incident where he says he was kicked, spat on and called “white boy.”

Variety reports:

A white bouncer filed a civil rights lawsuit Friday against rapper Lil Wayne, alleging that an attack outside a Hollywood nightclub last year was racially motivated.

Andrew Nunemacher says he was working the door at the Hyde Sunset on June 27, 2016, when the rapper’s entourage became angry and out of control. As he was trying to keep the front door secure, Nunemacher says Wayne punched him, knocking him to the ground, and then threw a cup of alcohol on his face and yelled “F— you, white boy!”

Nunemacher filed the suit under the state’s Unruh Civil Rights Act and the Ralph Civil Rights Act, alleging that the attack was at least partially motivated by Nunemacher’s “Caucasian ancestry and descent.” He also sued for assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

If Wayne is actually convicted of a hate crime, he will have to serve at least one year in prison under California law.
